A man has died after being hit by a car on a quiet rural road in a crash on the A259.
The 82-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene after being hit by a car at 8.20pm on Saturday.
Sussex Police say they are investigation the crash, outside the Custom Cafe, in Barnhorn Road near Bexhill.
The man's next of kin have been informed.

The force added: "Anyone with any information, including any dash cam, mobile or CCTV footage, is asked to email collision.appeal@sussex.police.uk quoting Operation Alva."
