A pedestrian was hit by a car outside a café.
Emergency services were called to a report of a collision between a car and a pedestrian on the A259 Barnhorn Road near Bexhill at 8.20pm on Saturday.
The pedestrian was believed to have been walking along the main road when he was hit by a car.

The incident is understood to have taken place outside The Custom Café.
A Sussex Police spokesman said: "An investigation is ongoing to establish the full circumstances and no further information is available at this time.
"Anyone who witnessed the incident, events leading up to it, particularly a man in his 60s walking along the road at that time , or has relevant dashcam footage is asked to contact collision.appeal@sussex.police.uk quoting Operation Alva."
East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service has been contacted for a statement.
