A woman is hoping to open a new jewellery shop in a West Sussex town centre.
Holly Earley, 27, has been running her own small business, Handmade By Holly UK and Friends, for the last eight years, online and at craft fairs.
During her second year at university studying fashion design, she realised her passion for creating jewellery pieces and would put them together for family and friends.
However, since she was a child, she has dreamed of opening her own shop.
Now, her dreams are close to becoming a reality as plans move forward on opening her store in Worthing town centre.
Holly, from Portslade, said: “All of my jewellery and accessories are quirky and affordable. I make something for everyone no matter the style or budget.
“All of my pieces are made in small quantities as I believe jewellery should be as unique as you are.
“I currently sell on Etsy and at craft fairs. I also run a community online called Shop Handmade UK.

“I want to combine both things together and create a shop that has lots of handmade pieces from across the UK.
“I am really really excited. It’s something I have always wanted to do, ever since I was a young girl.”
Holly also wishes to feature other makers from across the UK, to support their small businesses.
Plans for the shop opening are currently in motion and Holly hopes she will be ready to open next month.
She said: “I am currently in the process of obtaining the lease. Nothing has been fully signed off yet.
“It's hopefully going to be completed by the start of December and we will hopefully be opening then.”
A grand opening party will be hosted at the shop with food and drink from local suppliers, as well as goody bags for the first 20 customers.
Holly has launched a Crowdfunder to help assist with the costs of opening the shop.
So far, she has received just over £200 in donations.
