Strong winds are set to batter the south coast this weekend.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for wind in the South East, covering most of East and West Sussex.
Storm Bert is due to strike the country on Saturday, November 23, bringing with it heavy rain, snow and strong winds.
According to the weather forecaster, on Saturday and Sunday, November 24, the county will experience “dangerous coastal conditions and disruption” due to strong winds with a “small chance” that the weather could cause a danger to life and injuries.

People have been advised to “protect property and people from injury”, as well as secure loose items such as bins, garden furniture and trampolines.
Preparations for power cuts, including gathering torches and batteries, should also be made.
A spokesman for the Met Office said: “South or south westerly gales, locally severe gales are likely to affect many southern counties of England from Saturday afternoon until Sunday night.
“The strongest gusts will be along coasts with gusts 60-70 mph possible around exposed headlands, while elsewhere gusts of 50-60 mph are possible, even for some inland locations.
“The strong winds will start to ease across the southwest on Sunday morning, but may take until evening before easing across the far southeast.”
