Several pets in Sussex are looking for their forever homes, including at the Sussex North & Brighton branch of the RSPCA.
Whether you want to adopt a dog, cat, rabbit or guinea pig, there is plenty of choice.
A few animals from the branch are listed below but more can be found on the centre's website.
To help the Sussex North & Brighton branch carry on their work you can donate to them at the website here.
Daisy
Gender - Female
Age - 10 years old
Breed - Crossbreed
Colour - Black and Tan
If you want to adopt Daisy you can view her full profile here.
Daisy is a dog who is looking for an experienced owner and a quiet home environment.
She knows the sit command and her name and has a good recall but does stay on the lead on walks as she would chase wildlife.
The RSPCA adds: "She can be hit and miss with other dogs when out and about, some she likes, some she doesn’t! Her previous owners said there does not seem to be a pattern with this."
Daisy is an active dog so she would like a garden to run around in, and she loves playing with toys.
She would need to go to a home without any children living or visiting there.
Arthur
Gender - Male
Age - Eight years old
Breed - Dogue de Bordeaux
Colour - Red
If you want to adopt Arthur you can view his full profile here.
Arthur is described as a "sensitive chap" who can be a bit overwhelmed in new situations.
Once he gets to know someone he is a friendly and cuddly dog who despite his size likes to try and sit on your lap.
He is very clean in his kennel so is housetrained and walks nicely on the lead.
The RSPCA adds: "Arthur definitely prefers the company of people to other dogs and does not like them invading his space. He will need his own garden to chill out in. He is looking for a quiet, calm life so would prefer an adult-only home."
Anderson
Gender - Male
Age - One year old
Breed - Domestic Shorthair crossbreed
Colour - Black and White
If you want to adopt Anderson you can view his full profile here.
Anderson came into the care of the RSPCA from a multi-cat household via a welfare officer.
He has been very scared but is progressing slowly and building up some confidence.
The centre adds: "Anderson is still adjusting to living around humans so his next owners will need to be experienced.
"He does occasionally give a little nip, specifically around food and his food bowl, which we are currently working on trying to reduce."
Anderson will need to go to an adult-only home as the only pet and will need access to a garden once he is ready.
Mister
Gender - Male
Age - Seven years old
Breed - Domestic Shorthair
Colour - Black
If you want to adopt Mister you can view his full profile here.
Mister is described as a "friendly chap" who enjoys some fuss and strokes and will happily sit in your lap.
Equally, he is a cat who likes his own space when he's had enough fuss.
Mister will need an owner who is happy to give him all the attention he wants, but will also be able to recognise when he wants some alone time.
The RSPCA adds: "In his next home, Mister will [need] a garden he can potter around in, ideally one with a cat flap. We think he would be okay living with cat-experienced children aged 14+, as long as they are happy to give him space as needed."

Goose
Gender - Male
Age - Six to 12 months old
Breed - Dutch
Colour - Brown and White
If you want to adopt Goose you can view his full profile here.
Goose is described as "strong-headed bunny with a big character" who enjoys spending a lot of time outside.
He can be stroked when he’s eating, although he isn’t keen on being picked up.
The RSPCA adds: "Goose is looking for a spayed & vaccinated female rabbit to keep him company.
"As mentioned, he much prefers being outdoors, so we think an outdoor set-up will be the best option for him."
