As soon as Beabadoobee came on stage at the Brighton Dome and went straight into the first song the whole crowd was cheering and singing along.
The stage background was covered in white sheets and looked great with the strobe lighting.
She started with songs including Talk, Charlie Brown and Take a Bite, which is a very popular song from her new album This is How Tomorrow Moves, which she released just this August.
The crowd was extremely engaged as she told us that she feels ‘at home when she’s on stage’ and proceeded to also sing some of her very popular, slower songs like Glue Song and Coffee which had everyone’s phone torches swaying.
After that, she sang what she stated was her favourite song she’s written: Beaches. During this song the sheets on the stage behind her fell down to reveal a background with hanging garlands of green leaves and lights.
Beabadoobee engaged the crowd and when the guitar cut out on her song The Way Things Go she got the whole crowd to sing at the top of their lungs with her without any music, which sounded beautiful.
She then finished with her song See You Soon and waved goodbye before leaving the stage. Beabadoobee is one of Britain's best new artists and has amazing stage presence, a great set and fans waiting outside the venue for hours to see her close up. She’s a real phenomenon.
