Sir Grayson Perry is bringing his new show to Brighton next year.

The internationally acclaimed artist, writer, and TV star will be at The Dome on Sunday, November 2, as part of his national tour.

Titled Grayson Perry: Are You Good?, the tour will see him travel across the country, exploring the question of whether people are as virtuous as they think.

The show will feature audience participation and songs, with the aim of entertaining while challenging people's core values.

Sir Grayson said: "Looking forward to going back on the road next Autumn.

The tour will kick off in York on October 7 and will take in a further 20 dates before concluding at Theatre Royal Drury Lane in London’s West End on December 7.

Grayson, who has a home near Friston, added: "Are You Good? A question that I think is fundamental to our humanity. In this show I will be helping you, the audience, find out if you really are thoroughly good or maybe quite evil, but in a fun way.

"I always start out with the assumption that people are born good and then life happens. So, let’s pull back the curtain and see where your morals truly lie. Are you as virtuous as you think? With lots of audience participation (don’t worry, no one leaves unscathed) and a few silly songs we’ll have an entertaining evening and come out with our core values completely in tatters. Is it more important to be good or to be right? It’s time to update what is a virtue and what is a sin. No biggie."

Tickets will be available via priority pre-sale from 10am on November 21, with general sale taking place from 10am on November 22.

The tour is presented by Fane, who are 'delighted' to have Sir Grayson Perry embark on the national tour.
