Alternative rock band Doves will be performing their upcoming album in the city.
They return to the road on a full UK tour called Constellations For The Lonely and will be performing at Chalk in Brighton on March 17.
The band will be fronted by twins Andy and Jez Williams without bassist Jimi Goodwin.
They had cancelled their 2021 touring plans to protect Goodwin’s health and wellbeing.
Announcing their initial live dates last week, the band stated that “Jimi’s health came first”, while Goodwin added his current circumstances were “not compatible with a mad, city-to-city schedule".

Constellations For The Lonely is the bands sixth album and is set to release in February.
Doves took a break from recording music in 2010 but returned in 2019.
That same year they performed at Brighton Racecourse in July. The Argus went to the show and said the band "have a unique gift for conjuring euphoria".
