New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to three of Worthing’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.
Uncle Sam’s Hamburger Express in Broadwater Road was rated five out of five following assessment on October 30.
Five dots Worthing Ltd in Chapel Road also got the highest rating after assessment on October 31, as did the George And Dragon in High Street after an inspection on October 23.
What the ratings mean:
There are six different ratings a venue can be awarded from 0 to 5.
5 - Hygiene standards are very good
4 – Hygiene standards are good
3 – Hygiene standards are generally satisfactory
2 – Some improvement is necessary
1 – Major improvement is necessary
0 – Urgent improvement is required
