A city centre incident is being investigated as a potential hate crime after a video was circulated on social media.
Sussex Police say they are investigating an incident in Brighton city centre on Saturday afternoon.
Enquiries are reportedly ongoing to establish the identity of the people in the video.
Sussex Police did not release any further details regarding the video. The Argus understands the incident took place near the Clock Tower in Brighton city centre.
A force spokesman added: “We are aware of a video circulating on social media of an incident in Brighton city centre yesterday.
“It is being investigated as a hate crime, and our enquiries to identify and locate the suspect are ongoing.
“In the meantime, we would urge anyone who can assist in our investigation to report it online or call 101, quoting serial 257 of 10/11.”
