Several pets in Sussex are looking for their forever homes, including at the Sussex North & Brighton branch of the RSPCA.
Whether you want to adopt a dog, cat, rabbit or guinea pig, there is plenty of choice.
A few animals from the branch are listed below but more can be found on the centre's website.
To help the Sussex North & Brighton branch carry on their work you can donate to them at the website here.
Sadie
Gender - Female
Age - Three years old
Breed - Border Collie crossbreed
Colour - Brown and White
If you want to adopt Sadie you can view their full profile here.
Sadie came into the care of the RSPCA via an inspector after being removed from a hoarding situation.
She was living outside in compounds with other dogs and the conditions were "far from suitable".
Sadie is a nervous dog who is quite independent and although she has improved greatly she does not seek attention.
She does enjoy off-lead exercise in a secure field and is starting to play chase games with people she is more relaxed with.
Due to her circumstances Sadie is looking for quite a specific home, where it is without children and in an area which is not too urban.
The RSPCA adds: "She will need a familiar routine and walks in places that are not busy with lots of other dogs."
Mister
Gender - Male
Age - Seven years old
Breed - Domestic Shorthair crossbreed
Colour - Black
If you want to adopt Mister you can view their full profile here.
Mister is described as a "friendly chap" who enjoys some fuss and strokes, and will happily clamber on your lap to say hello.
Equally he is an older gentleman who likes his own space when he’s had enough attention, just like many other cats.
The RSPCA adds: "Mister will need an owner who is happy to give him all the attention he wants, but will also be able to recognise when he wants some alone time again.
"Overall he is a very sweet, playful cat who is nearly always eager to give you a warm welcome in the cattery."
In his next home, Mister will need a garden he can potter around in, ideally one with access to a cat flap.
Jess
Gender - Male
Age - One year old
Breed - Domestic Shorthair crossbreed
Colour - Black and White
If you want to adopt Jess you can view their full profile here.
Jess was surrendered to the RSPCA back in June after coming from a multi-cat household.
He has come a long way since his shy beginnings at the shelter but he will still need a quiet and calm environment to live in.
Initially he would benefit from a private room so he has his own space, and would like a garden to explore once he is ready.
The RSPCA adds: "Due to his temperament, we are unable to consider applications with children or dogs."

Aubin and Alaska
Gender - Male (Aubin) and Female (Alaska)
Age - Two years old
Breed - Crossbreed
Colour - White (Aubin) and Harlequin (Alaska)
If you want to adopt Aubin and Alaska you can view their full profile here.
Aubin and Alaska are a pair of rabbits who were born into foster care and are looking to find a home together.
They both like toys and are often found "renovating" their home as they move everything around.
Neither of them are keen on being picked up as they tend to wiggle a lot.
In their next home, they will need a large setup, shed or wendy house with a run attached.
