Several pets in Sussex are looking for their forever homes, including at the Sussex North & Brighton branch of the RSPCA.

Whether you want to adopt a dog, cat, rabbit or guinea pig, there is plenty of choice.

A few animals from the branch are listed below but more can be found on the centre's website.

To help the Sussex North & Brighton branch carry on their work you can donate to them at the website here.

Tiger came into the care of the RSPCA after being removed from his previous owner by an Inspector.

He was a bit worried when he first arrived at the centre but is beginning to come out of his shell now.

Tiger is said to be a "friendly boy" who loves attention and knows how to sit and give his paw.

Additionally, he enjoys having a splash in the paddling pool, playing with toys and going out on walks.

He'd prefer to be in an adult-only home as the only pet and will likely need some further training.

Anderson

Age - One year old

Breed - Domestic Shorthair crossbreed

Colour - Black and White

If you want to adopt Anderson you can view their full profile here.

Anderson came into the care of the RSPCA from a multi-cat household via a welfare officer.

He has been very scared but is progressing slowly and building up some confidence.

The centre adds: "Anderson is still adjusting to living around humans so his next owners will need to be experienced.

"He does occasionally give a little nip, specifically around food and his food bowl, which we are currently working on trying to reduce."

Anderson will need to go to an adult-only home as the only pet and will need access to a garden once he is ready.

Beatrix

Age - Three years old

Breed - Crossbreed

Colour - Black

If you want to adopt Beatrix you can view their full profile here.

Beatrix came to the centre after she was surrendered by her owner as they were no longer in a position to look after her.

She is described as an "independent" rabbit who likes to have her own space to chill out in.

Her previous owners told the RSPCA that she is shy with new people but affectionate once she gets to know you.

The RSPCA adds: "She is very clean so she would be able to live indoors, however, she does enjoy spending time outdoors at the shelter so would benefit from a garden she can sunbathe in!"

Frances

Age - Two years old

Breed - Crossbreed

Colour - White and Black

If you want to adopt Frances you can view their full profile here.

Frances was handed into the RSPCA by a member of the public after they found her wandering around Stanmer Park.

She is described as a "lively, sweet girl with a big personality" who loves her vegetables, especially kale.

The centre believes she may be deaf so she will need understanding owners who can help her with the bonding.

In her next home, Frances will need a neutered male to keep her company.
