A former police station is on sale for £3.5 million.
The site in Grove Road, Eastbourne, has planning consent for the refurbishment and extension of the station into 50 flats.
The 1930’s civic building is in the town centre next to the Grade II Listed Eastbourne Town Hall.
Milestone Group, which is managing the sale, said: “The Grove Road elevation will be sensitively restored with new steel windows, preserving its architectural contribution to the streetscape.
“The existing building will feature recessed balconies and enlarged window openings, merging classic design with contemporary functionality.

“A thoughtfully designed extension will replace a dilapidated later addition, making excellent use of the available space to the east of the site and maximizing development potential.”
The group said the site offers a “unique” investment opportunity.
“This refurbishment and extension project offers a unique investment opportunity, providing the chance to own a piece of Eastbourne's history while benefiting from modern upgrades,” a spokesman said.
“The planned 50 new residential apartments are designed to appeal to a wide range of potential residents, ensuring a high demand for this prime real estate.
“Experience the perfect blend of historical significance and modern living at The Old Police Station, Grove Road, Eastbourne. Secure your place in this landmark development and be part of Eastbourne's vibrant future.”
