A Grade II Listed 19th century house has hit the market – with a fully working bowling alley in the living room.
Described as a “truly unique” fairground-themed property, The Bath House has hit the market in St Leonards complete with its own secret cinema room and other fairground attractions.
The house also comes with two double bedrooms, a sun terrace and en-suite bathrooms. It will set a buyer back more than £1 million.
The Bath House was built in 1868 in West Hill Road but was renovated in 2013 when it was fitted with the fairground-themed décor.
A listing for the £1.1 million property said: “The Bath House is a truly unique property set in a renovated Turkish Baths.
“It's 60x40ft living room is the perfect place to host with the bowling alley, lounge area and kitchen. Despite being open plan, the living space has multiple areas that create the feeling of separation.
