A BMW caught fire after crashing into a residential wall in a seaside town.
Emergency services were called to Beverington Road in Eastbourne on Wednesday at 5.45pm to reports of a car colliding with a wall at the entrance of a driveway.
The black BMW was damaged from the crash with the bonnet of the car lifted above the windscreen.
There were loose bricks scattered by the crash across a front garden and the road.
East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service (ESFRS) were at the scene with two fire engines from Eastbourne attending.
A spokeswoman for ESFRS said: “The two occupants of the car had exited the vehicle and there were no injuries reported.”
“Two fire engines from Eastbourne were in attendance and crews used breathing apparatus and two hosereel jets to extinguish the fire.”
Sussex Police also attended the scene and have confirmed that no action was taken.
An ambulance was also in attendance.
