A million pound building that houses a restaurant, cinema and nightclub with its own parking spaces has been put up for sale.
The Sussex Exchange a hospitality facility on Queensway Avenue South in St Leonards has been put on the market and is available immediately to buy or let.
The eco-friendly building was developed by economic development company Sea Change Sussex and opened in 2012 as a restaurant, bar, conference centre and cinema and more recently incorporated a nightclub.
Dyer and Hobbis have the building listed for sale with a guide price of £1.2 million and to let for £100,000 per year.

It is 3.5 miles from Hastings town centre on the Queensway South road, near the junction with the new Combe Valley Way which connects Hastings to Bexhill.
A spokesman for Dyer and Hobbis said: “The Sussex Exchange is close to several business estates and housing areas and has been a popular venue amongst local residents and business people alike.”
The building spans 9,046 sq ft over two floors, with large outdoor terraces.
It is on a 1.6-acre site in a countryside setting with views over the woodland of the Marline Valley.
It has 67 vehicle parking spaces.
