A Grade II-listed historic pub in a Sussex village is looking for a new operator to take over the lease.
Leisure property specialists, Fleurets, has marketed The Old Vine, a pub located in the village of Cousley Wood near the market town of Wadhurst.
Located on the border of Kent, just seven miles south of Royal Tunbridge Wells and seven miles east of Crowborough, the pub is now being offered for letting on a brand-new lease.

Fleurets has not given a guide price and is currently open to rental offers.
The Old Vine is notable for its timber-framed construction and its painted white weatherboard frontage, all under a pitched tiled roof.
Believed to date back to the 16th century, the property includes several extensions, outbuildings, a car park, a patio, and a mature garden area with picnic tables, providing ample outdoor space for visitors.
Inside, the property also features three letting bedrooms and separate private living accommodation.
Nick Earee, divisional director of Fleurets, said: “The Old Vine represents a unique opportunity to take on a historic property in a highly desirable location.
"Its Grade II listed status, character features, and proximity to Royal Tunbridge Wells make it an exciting proposition for operators looking to establish themselves in a vibrant and picturesque part of the country."
The premises are currently closed to trade, and viewings are strictly by appointment only through Fleurets.
