A dispersal order was put in place in a town centre due to an “outbreak of violence and disorder”.
Police were called to the Guildbourne Shopping Centre in Worthing town centre yesterday after a fight broke out between a group of teenagers at around 6.30pm.
A 14-year-old boy from Worthing was arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and possession of cannabis.
A 15-year-old boy from Surrey was arrested on suspicion of attempted wounding with intent.

A Section 60 Dispersal Order was put in place in Worthing town centre, covering the area west of Madeira Avenue, east of Gratwick Road and south of Teville Road.
It was lifted at 11pm.
At the time of the order, a spokesman for Adur and Worthing Police said: “The order means officers are able to stop and search any pedestrians or vehicles, drivers and passengers in the area who may be believed to be in possession of offensive weapons.”
The two teenagers remain in custody.
