Several pets in Sussex are looking for their forever homes, including at the Sussex North & Brighton branch of the RSPCA.

Whether you want to adopt a dog, cat, rabbit or guinea pig, there is plenty of choice.

A few animals from the branch are listed below but more can be found on the centre's website.

To help the Sussex North & Brighton branch carry on their work you can donate to them at the website here.

Casper

Age - Four years old

Breed - Lurcher

Colour - Cream

If you want to adopt Casper you can view their full profile here.

Casper is a "friendly, affectionate boy with a lot of energy" who will need an active family as a result.

He is looking to join an adult-only home as an only pet, and he will need a secure garden.

The RSPCA adds: "Casper can become quite mouthy when over stimulated so is looking for an experienced owner who understands Lurchers and their quirky ways.

"Once Casper has let off steam he becomes a cuddly couch potato who enjoys a fuss and spending time with you."

Reggie

Age - Five years old

Breed - Lurcher

Colour - Grey

If you want to adopt Reggie you can view their full profile here.

Reggie is described as a "lovely boy" who is calm indoors and travels well in a car.

In the past, he has been reactive to cats and some dogs when on walks but this behaviour has reduced over time.

The RSPCA adds: "He may take a while to feel safe again in a new home, however with good training his reactivity might continue to reduce."

Braydon

Age - One year old

Breed - Domestic Shorthair crossbreed

Colour - Black

If you want to adopt Braydon you can view their full profile here.

Braydon came into the care of the RSPCA after he was found abandoned on a property with multiple other cats.

He is said to be "a very confident cat with a huge personality" who is always eager for some love and affection.

Braydon can come across as quite full-on due to his desire for human attention, as from the moment he meets people he's asking for strokes.

The RSPCA adds: "We think once he has gotten out of the cattery and settled into a new home, he will calm down as he'll realise he can have all the strokes and fuss that he wants."

Braydon will need a secure garden he can access in a new home and would be best suited to being the only pet.

At the moment the RSPCA are looking for him to go into an adult-only home.

Age - Three years old

Breed - Crossbreed

Colour - White

If you want to adopt Alf and Sarina you can view their full profile here.

Alf and Sarina came into the care of the RSPCA after they were found abandoned, and are looking for a new home together.

Sarina is a very stubborn and strong-willed character whilst Alf "likes to play and will do anything to get your attention".

The RSPCA recommends they go to owners who are experienced with rabbits.

They would benefit from having an area to run around outside so they can use up some of their energy.
