BBC Proms star will be bringing an orchestra to the city on tour and performing classic musical scores.
John Wilson and Sinfonia of London will bring the music of Rodgers and Hammerstein to life in a concert tour across the UK in 2025 with their first stop on June 18 at the Brighton Dome.
The evening will feature songs from some beloved musicals, including South Pacific, The Sound Of Music, Oklahoma!, Carousel (which celebrates its 80th anniversary in 2025), and The King and I.

The UK tour will also go to Poole, Nottingham, Manchester, Bristol, Basingstoke, London, Birmingham and Glasgow, ending in John’s hometown Gateshead on June 29.
John Wilson is a celebrated conductor known for his work with orchestras around the world and his dedication to the music of the Great American Songbook and musical theatre.
