A bargain retailer is set to open its second store in the city.
Savers, a discount health, home and beauty retailer, is opening in the empty unit beneath the new student block in Brighton's London Road.
The shop is next to Aldi in the space where Iceland, Peacocks and Poundland were before the building they were in was demolished in 2022.
A five-storey student block, called Promenade Student Living, was built in place of what was a 1930s Marks and Spencer.
The new Savers will be the second in the city with an existing shop in Hove's George Street.

It has not yet announced when the store will open.
People were mostly positive about the news, with Deborah Lennard, from Brighton, saying: "This makes me so happy."
Katie Dadds added: "I’m really happy about this, I’ve just moved from Hove to the Elm Grove area, so I'm really missing the savers."
Some, though, longed for the return of Iceland.
Wayne Maher said: "Bring back Iceland, a lot of people were sad when it shut, nearest one now is Hove."
Tasha Dye added: "B&M or The Range or Home Bargains would have been better already got Superdrug."
Savers was contacted for comment.
