Soldiers, military boats and anti-tank structures were spotted by an eagle-eyed dog walker on a Sussex beach - but before you panic... it might not be what you think.
Dozens of soldiers kitted out in green combat overalls and holding rifles were pictured on Camber Sands having made it off D-day style landing craft on the beach.
Filming is under way at Camber for World War Two drama Pressure, starring Fleabag star Andrew Scott.
Metal anti-tank defences were strewn across the beach beyond the tide line, just in front of deep sand dunes which soldiers were spotted navigating on Wednesday last week.
Some of the actor soldiers were pictured playing dead on the beach, surrounded by burnt-out mannequins as corpses.
Production started in September, according to film magazine Screendaily. The movie follows the story of the planning in the run up to the D-Day landings in Normandy on June 5, 1944.
It features Scott playing a meteorologist monitoring the weather conditions for D-Day. He is joined by American actor Brendan Fraser, who plays President Eisenhower.
The show follows on from David Haig's play Pressure, which featured in the West End's Ambassadors Theatre in 2018.
