A bike and an electric scooter were involved in a crash.
The collision happened on a cycle path in Marine Drive, Brighton, at the junction of Roedean Road, on September 11 at around 9.40pm.
Both riders were taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Sussex Police are now appealing for witnesses.
A spokesman for the force said: “Anyone who witnessed the collision or has dash cam footage is asked to contact police by emailing collision.appeal@sussex.police.uk, using our online reporting form, or by calling 101 quoting reference 461 of 12/09.”
