School pupils raised more than £1,500 for charity with an eye-catching colour run.
Students from Watt House at Eastbourne College, along with their friends and families, gathered on the school's College Field last week for the inaugural Watt Charity Colour Run.
Watt house, which caters for day girl pupils, is one of ten houses at the school.
Inspired by the ancient Hindu festival of Holi, a colour run sees participants doused with coloured powder as they tackle the course.
Along with a cake sale, tug of war and face painting, the run raised more than £1,500 for the JPK project, a local charity supporting young people with learning disabilities and their families.
A percentage of the funds will also go towards the college's Blue Sky Bursaries Appeal which aims to pay for 40 fully-funded means-tested bursary places by 2028 to that "many more local children can benefit from a transformational education".
The independent school counts comedian Eddie Izzard among its alumni.
