A restaurant chain will be giving out hundreds of free burgers next week.
Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK) in Gardner Street, Brighton, will be offering the deal to students as part of its freshers’ week deals.
As well as the free burgers, GBK will be offering students 25 per cent off their bills Monday to Friday from September 23 to October 21.

The free burger is the classic smash burger, which is made of two smashed beef patties, American cheese, gherkins, onions and GBK house mayo.
To claim the free burger:
- Visit GBK in Brighton during freshers’ week next Monday to Friday
- Look out for staff handing out empty takeaway boxes with a "Take Me For Free food" sticker
- Bring your box into GBK, show your student ID and enjoy a free Classic Smash Burger
GBK also has some new additions to its menu including hot honey butter wings and loaded curly fries, truffle mac and cheese and Lotus biscoff shakes.
