A unit currently operating as a pizza takeaway has been put on the market.
Eightfold Property has listed 16 to 17 George’s Place, Brighton, with a rental price of £25,000 a year.
The lease on the property, which has been held by Domino’s Pizza for a number of years, expires in 2031.
The listing gives the following description of the property: “Comprising prominent corner premises arranged over ground floor and basement that has traded as a Domino's Pizza for a number of years. The property benefits from extraction while there is also a walk in freezer.

“The property is situated in a prominent corner position at the junction of Trafalgar Street and St George's Place overlooking the Valley Gardens regeneration.
“Nearby occupiers include Moksha, Mange Tout, Lost Boys Chicken, Carlito Burrito as well as Meat and Liquor.
“Premium offers are invited to assign the remaining lease for a term expiring March 31, 2031, at a rental of £25,000 per annum exclusive payable quarterly in advance. There is a further rent review on the April 1, 2026.
“A rent deposit will be required with amount subject to status of the assignee.”
