A teenager has appeared in court over claims he plotted a terror attack against a homeless person.

Cameron Finnigan is accused of being part of an extreme pseudo-satanic group and is charged with counts of preparing terrorist acts, possessing a terrorist document and possessing indecent images of a child.

Finnigan, 18, appeared at the Old Bailey on Friday via video link ahead of a scheduled plea hearing in October.

The teenager will next appear in court on October 4 ahead of a trial scheduled for January.

Finnigan, of Denne Park, Horsham, is alleged to have been involved in a pseudo-satanist online group called 764.
