A violent thug punched a woman and damaged her phone before assaulting a girl.
Kirolus Ramis punched the woman and repeatedly attacked her before going on to assault a girl at an address in Hove.
The woman also told police that Ramis, 37, had previously damaged her phone.
Police officers were called to Goldstone Crescent in the early hours of September 4, 2022, to find Ramis had punched the woman and attacked her, causing her serious injuries.
A court heard that Ramis had also assaulted a girl at the property.
The woman later told police that Ramis had also damaged her phone in a previous incident in March of that year.
Ramis, of Hangleton Road, pleaded guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm, common assault and criminal damage.

On Tuesday, September 10 at Lewes Crown Court, Ramis was jailed for nearly three years.
Sussex Police Inspector Alexandra Bailey said: “We work closely with partners, victims and our communities to improve our response to violence against women and girls in Sussex, which remains a priority for the force.”
“This was a shocking attack and I am glad that we were able to provide some peace for Ramis’ victims.
“We acted quickly and were able to secure charges for his violent behaviour, which was unacceptable.
“We will hold offenders to account by arresting them, gathering evidence and putting them before the courts.”
