Work on the city's latest seafront hotel is progressing and new plans have been submitted.
No. 124 by Guest House, in King’s Road, Brighton, will have 32 rooms in a Regency-style building.
The hotel, which looks out onto the West Pier, will have an outdoor terrace bar, a restaurant called Pearly Cow and rooms for events.
It is set to open this autumn and now developers have submitted plans for finishing touches on the building, including signage, metal posts and lettering.
Some signs will be for the Pearly Cow restaurant and others are for the spa facilities.
The developer is also seeking permission for a metal arch over the entrance.
Consultation on the plans is open until Friday, September 20.

The Pearly Cow will seat 65 people and will serve seafood, grilled meats, and vegetables. Classic favourites will also be on offer, including the eponymous signature dish, The Pearly Cow, which combines 45-day aged fillet of beef tartare.
Half of the 32 rooms in the hotel have sea views looking out on the West Pier.
The reception will be decorated with art and sculptures by made by artists from the city.
Four of the rooms can be interconnected to cater for family stays and larger groups.
For the ultimate Brighton stay, there is a suite on the ground floor, accessed by its own dedicated seafront entrance, as well as through a hidden connecting door opening into the reception area.
The suite features a super king bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, a separate lounge with its own pantry and bar, kitchenette and a bath and wet room.
