An "arty and bohemian" high street in a Sussex town has been named one of the best in the country.
The High Street in Hastings' Old Town ranked in The Daily Mail's list of the top in the UK.
The ranking of 32 streets was made based on the number of independent stores, sense of community and advice from property experts.
Hastings' High Street was lauded for its range of antique and vintage stores and impressive architecture.

The Daily Mail said: "You won’t find large department stores and big brand names here - it’s all about antique and vintage stores, upmarket homeware and flower shops and artisan bakeries housed in Victorian and Edwardian buildings.
"Bunting and fairy lights adorn many of the colourful shop fronts throughout the year. At the south end of the High Street, you’ll find the remains of the old town wall."
The narrow high street links the Old Town with the sea front, leading to amusements and the swan lake pedal boats.
Others in the list include the cobbled streets of Clovelly, Devon, and The Shambles, a historic street in York.
