An ambulance service is inviting people to learn life-saving skills through live demonstrations.

South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is encouraging members of the public to learn CPR and see its paramedics in action at its annual members meeting.

It will be held at the South of England Showground at Ardingly near Haywards Heath on September 13.

There will be a range of stalls to look at from 12.30pm, with tea and coffee available before the start of the formal annual meeting.

Those attending are asked to register by completing an online form at South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (office.com)

There will be an opportunity to learn life-saving CPR skills and learn more about the life-saving service's work through a live demonstration.

People will hear about the service's recent achievements and new strategy from chief executive Simon Weldon and can take part in a Q and A session at the end of the meeting.
