A man who was arrested after a fatal crash on a motorway has died, police have confirmed.
Three men from Sussex were arrested after 36-year-old Michal Kaminski died in a crash on the M27 near junction five.
The Polish-national who had been living with his brother in Salisbury was making a delivery on the south coast for Salesmark West Limited when the crash happened.
Following the incident on February 21, a 32-year-old man from Yapton, near Arundel, a 37-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman, both from Littlehampton were arrested.
But now police have confirmed the 32-year-old has died.

A Hampshire Constabulary spokesman said: "We were notified on May 27 that the 32-year-old man from Yapton, Arundel, had been confirmed deceased by Sussex Police.
"The circumstances were unrelated to this collision."
He was initially arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and drink driving.
The woman was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and has been bailed until November 21.
The other man was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and remains released under investigation.
Sussex Police have been contacted for further comment.
