A chocolatier has given a sneak peek inside its new store ahead of its grand opening.
Urban Chocolatier will open in Western Road, Brighton, on Saturday.
It will be the business’s second outlet outside London and its 11th branch.
Customers will be able to step inside from 1pm and will get 50 per cent off the entire menu all day.
The dessert café, serving signature dishes including profiteroles, tiramisu and baklava, will open on the site of Mikel's Coffee which closed in February after opening in November 2020.
Urban Chocolatier serves a range of sweet treats including French toast, cookie dough and waffles.
The franchise currently has ten stores across the UK - nine of which are in London with one in Cardiff.
The 1,900sqft Western Road unit stands out due to its ornate façade from its history as a bank.
It was changed in October 2019 when a planning application changed its use from “financial service” to a restaurant.
The dessert restaurant is the third of its kind in Western Road with Treatz and Creams Café on the same stretch.
