New food hygiene ratings have been published for three cafes and restaurants in Sussex.
The Food Standards Agency has the ratings for a board game café and a community centre in Burgess Hill and a takeaway in Haywards Heath.
Ali’s Kebab in South Road, Haywards Heath, was rated one star following an inspection on July 18.
The agency found major improvement was needed in the management of food safety, while improvement was necessary in hygienic food handling and the cleanliness and condition of facilities and the building.
The Kings Weald Community Centre in Wyvern Way, Burgess Hill, received a five star rating at an inspection on Wednesday, August 21.
The establishment was rated very good in all categories.
Dice and Drinks in Church Walk, Burgess Hill, was also given five stars on Wednesday, August 21, and received very good classification in all categories.
It means that of Mid Sussex's 265 similar establishments with ratings, 222, 84 per cent, have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
