Seven new homes could be built in a village if plans are approved.
Cross Town Planning has submitted plans on behalf of applicants Susan and Piers Bruton to build new properties on land to the rear of Little Paddocks, Sefter Road, Pagham.
The homes, near Bognor, would replace outbuildings on the site, which would need to be demolished for this housebuilding to take place.

The houses on the land would then be a mix of detached homes, semi-detached homes and flats over a garage space if the plans are approved.
They would range from between two and three bedrooms each to be the ideal size for families.
The buildings would each be two-storey in height and would have both front and back gardens, with porch canopies over the front door.
Each home will have a nearby parking space.
A decision on whether to approve the homes is yet to be made, with Arun District Council set to decide whether to approve the plans by September 30.
