A road was closed for hours after a lorry overturned.
Sussex Police were called to the B2204 Catsfield Road, in Catsfield, near Battle, on Monday morning after the incident happened.
The road was closed in both directions by police officers, with the northbound carriageway reopening after a short time.
The southbound carriageway remained closed for hours until the lorry, which had a smashed windscreen and was left suspended on its side, was recovered from the scene.

Police officers remained at the scene until it reopened shortly after 3.30pm
Sussex Police confirmed no other vehicles were involved and the driver suffered minor injuries only.
He was the only passenger in the lorry.
In pictures taken from the scene, debris was also seen spilling out onto the road from the lorry.
This is now believed to have been cleared.
Traffic in the area returned to normal from around 4pm onwards.
