A man has been charged over a crash that killed three men.
Daniel Davies, 21, Jonny Day, 32, and Jon ‘Tommy’ Miller, 36, died after their vehicle was involved in the collision in Decoy Drive, Eastbourne, at around 10.40pm on February 13, 2023.
Robbie Cook, 39, from Croxden Way in Eastbourne, was arrested three days later.
He has now been charged with three counts of causing death by dangerous driving and one count of perverting the course of justice.
He is on conditional bail to appear before Hastings Magistrates' Court on September 25.
Two other men, aged 40 and 17 at the time of the offence, who were previously arrested on suspicion of murder, have been released with no further action taken.

Detective Chief Inspector Alex Campbell, of Sussex and Surrey’s Major Crime Team, said: “Our thoughts remain with the families of Daniel, Jonny and Tommy following the tragic events of last year.
“Since that night, we have worked tirelessly to understand exactly what happened and provide them with the answers they deserve.
“Our enquiries are ongoing, while we now look ahead to the start of court proceedings."
The families of the three men, who were all from Berkshire, paid tribute to them following the crash.
Mr Day’s partner said he “lit up any room”.
“He was so loved by everyone that met him,” said Mr Day's partner.
“A loving partner, father, son and brother, we will miss him endlessly. As his partner I have lost my whole life.”
Mr Miller’s family described him as a “hero” who had donated his kidney to save his sister’s life.
“We as a family would like to pay tribute to our dear brother who has sadly left us. Our hearts are broken,” they said.
“Our Tommy was truly one of a kind - he was funny, smart and had the biggest heart. He was loved by so many and he impacted everyone who knew him.
“Tommy donated his kidney to his sister which saved her life. He will forever be our hero. We would like to be given the respect and space to grieve our devastating loss.”
Mr Davies’s family said he was “always going to be missed”.
“Rest in peace angel, we love you so much – sleep tight,” they said.
“We all loved you so much, precious Dan Dan.”
His older brother said: “Fly high, little bro. I hope Heaven gives you the best bed up there until we meet again – your big bro, Smallz.”
And his best friend, who he had known for 16 years, said: “Since the day I met you 16 years ago, you have been my brother and my best friend. I love you with all my heart brother, and we’re always thinking of you.”
