Police swarmed a busy town centre road this morning.
Officers were called to a report of criminal damage in Broadwater Road, Worthing, at about 10am.

Four police cars and one police van were at the scene.
A Sussex Police spokesman confirmed an 18-year-old man has been arrested.
He remains in custody at this stage.
