Two people have been taken to hospital after a two-car crash on an A-road.
Emergency services were called to the A26 Malling Street in Lewes today at around 7.30am.
The A26 was blocked following a crash between two cars at the junction of Orchard Road and Malling Street.
Two people have since been taken to hospital, although their injuries are not believed to be serious at this time, police said.

The incident caused delays for motorists during rush hour this morning, with the AA reporting severe delays on the A26 southbound.
Drivers on the A27 eastbound also faced delays to their journey.
A spokeswoman for Sussex Police said: “The road is currently blocked while recovery of the vehicles is arranged.”
