Caravans were parked on a private estate this morning.
At least five caravans were on grass at Millfield Overstrand, a private estate off Overstrand Avenue in Rustington.

People were out with tables and chairs on the grass and gas cannisters were also on the lawn.mpment and officers are "monitoring the situation in support of the lead agency".
The estate is owned by Hobdens Management. The Argus contacted the firm for comment.
