Fire crews are tackling a blaze in a property and people have been warned to avoid the area.
At approximately 11.30am, West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service were called to a property fire in Grosvenor Road, Chichester.
Crews remain at the scene to bring the fire under control, with five fire engines and an aerial ladder platform in attendance.

A spokeswoman for West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said: “Crews are working hard to bring the fire, which involves the first floor and roof space, under control.
"We are urging people to avoid the area and local residents should keep their doors and windows closed."
