Katie Price has been told she must attend a further hearing about her bankruptcies later this month with “no ifs or buts”, a court heard.

The former glamour model appeared remotely at a hearing at the Rolls Building on Friday after she was detained at Heathrow Airport on Thursday night following an arrest warrant.

The 46-year-old, who wore a beige outfit and a black head covering to court, was accompanied by another woman throughout the hearing who she said was an “appropriate adult”, PA reports.

At the hearing, deputy insolvency and companies court Judge Daniel Schaffer ordered Price to give an “undertaking” to the court that she would attend a further hearing to face questions over her finances on August 27 at 10.30am.

He said: “You have to attend that date, no ifs or buts, no going abroad, no holidays.”

Price confirmed that she understood that she must attend.

She said: “I will move my diary for it.”

The mother-of-five then asked the judge whether she could attend the hearing later this month remotely.

She asked the judge: “Am I able to do it by Zoom or in a side room?”

The judge told Price this was not possible.

Brighton-born Price then said that she did not have legal representation.

She said: “I have tried to get legal advice but have been charged £50,000 upfront.

“I can’t get legal aid because I earn. I don’t know what to do on this.”

At the hearing, Judge Schaffer also discharged the arrest warrant issued against her on July 30.

This warrant was issued by a different judge after she failed to attend a previous hearing over her finances.

This led to Price's arrest at Heathrow just minutes after she flew back from Turkey on Thursday night, where she underwent a facelift.

She was approached by police within minutes of arriving at the airport with her boyfriend JJ Slater and her son Harvey.

It is believed she was bailed that same night ahead of her court appearance on Friday.

The hearing on Friday was held at the Rolls Building, however Price attended via a video link from an office of High Court enforcement staff at the Royal Courts of Justice nearby where she arrived on foot.

She will next appear in court on August 27.
