A man has been arrested at a protest opposing an anti-immigration movement and riots which have been plaguing the country since the tragic Southport stabbings.
The counter-protest is still ongoing in Queens Road in Brighton.
Hundreds of counter-protesters are at the scene while a handful of anti-immigration protesters are said to have turned up.
Sussex Police have now arrested one protester "to prevent the breach of the peace".
The man was dragged out of the crowd by officers.
