Police said it comes after a spate of thefts in May that saw clothes banks in supermarket car parks throughout Hastings targeted.
They are now looking for further information on the latest incident, which is a serious setback for the charity.
A police spokesman said: "If you have any information or notice any unusual activity or behaviour around clothes banks, don't hesitate to contact us either online or call 101."
