A team of workmates walked five miles dressed as superheroes to raise money for a children's charity.
Nine colleagues from Co-op Funeralcare branches in Brighton's Seven Dials, Peacehaven, Lancing, Portslade, and Horsham walked from Shoreham to Worthing Pier.
It took them two and a half hours and they raised £400 for Barnardo's.

The money will be used to help children and families access food, mental wellbeing support and other vital services.
Demi Riley, funeral service manager in the Brighton area at Co-op Funeralcare, said: "This was our first fundraising event and we are so proud to complete the challenge and raise much-needed funds to help Barnardo’s continue their vital work.
"The team embarked on the five-mile walk while dressed in their superhero costumes and raised a whopping £400 for the charity.
"We’d like to thank everybody who kindly donated – we are proud of all our unspoken heroes here at Co-op Funeralcare."
