Repairs are set to take place at another paddling pool this week.
Brighton and Hove City Council said minor work will take place at the Hove Lagoon paddling pool from today.
The southern access gate will be temporarily closed during this time, with the work set to be finished by Wednesday.

A spokesman for Brighton and Hove City Council said: "We will do our best to keep the rest of the pool open but you may wish to visit one of our other facilities instead.
"Saunders Park paddling pool, the Level Water Fountains and Peter Pans Playground will be open as normal."
The repair work comes less than a week after the council announced the King's Road paddling pool was closed again for the second time this summer.
A spokesman for Brighton and Hove City Council said last week: "Unfortunately King's Road Paddling Pool is closed due to damage to the surface.
"The contractor has been contacted and a repair is being scheduled as soon as possible.
"Sorry for any inconvenience, particularly during the hot weather."
The pool was first closed on June 27 after suffering surface damage and a mechanical issue.
No completion date for these repairs has yet been confirmed.
