A man who suffered a medical incident near a beach was airlifted to hospital.
It happened near Climping beach, Littlehampton, at about noon today.

The man was taken to St Richard’s Hospital in Chichester by a coastguard helicopter.
South East Coast Ambulance Service, Littlehampton and Selsey coastguard and a Littlehampton RNLI inshore lifeboat were also called to the scene.
