It was a show full of surprises when headliners Girls Aloud took to the stage to headline the first night of Pride celebrations.
Tens of thousands of people donning sequined outfits and cowboy hats packed out Park yesterday afternoon for the Fabuloso festival after the earlier Pride parade through the city.
The lineup on the main stage included Murder On The Dancefloor singer Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Billy Porter.
Preston Park was packed for headliners Girls Aloud who sang hits of their own and others before bringing out this year's Eurovision contestant Olly Alexander - famous for his role as lead singer in pop band Years and Years.
