The city was awash with a rainbow flood of colour today as Pride festivities kick off.
Hundreds of thousands of people donned their finest glittery outfits and descended on Brighton's streets to watch the annual parade pass by this morning - which was sprinkled with a few famous faces.

The LGBT+ event kicked off in Hove Lawns this morning and will end tonight with headliners Girls Aloud at the Fabuloso festival in Preston Park.
Pop soundtracks have played throughout the day with the party continuing into the evening.
Protesters tried to stop the parade in West Street amid concerns over the war in Palestine but they were moved on shortly after, only to block Coca-Cola's float near Victoria Gardens.
