A summer music festival is making a return after resounding success last year.
Sussex Sounds Festival, brought by Horsham District Council, will be filled with music and performances. It will be held on August 25 from 11am to 6pm.
There will be performances at The Carfax Bandstand, Piries Place, The Forum, West Street, and Market Square, by the historic Town Hall building, now Bill's, plus an array of markets across the town for shopping, food and drink.
Councillor David Skip, cabinet member for leisure, culture and green spaces, said: “It has been great to enjoy such a wealth of local talent performing and I am delighted that we are once again bringing them all together in one bumper day of entertainment for everyone in the community to enjoy.
“I would like to extend my thanks to the talented performers and many residents who have come along to enjoy the free music, dancing, and fantastic atmosphere in our markets over the summer.”
